Florida Citrus Shrimp

1. Start by seasoning your shrimp throughly with salt, black pepper, 1 T orange olive oil, and 1.5 tsp florida citrus sunrise seasoning. Let sit for 5 minutes. 2. Then in a preheated pan over medium-high heat, sear your shrimp on boths sides in extra virgin olive oil, around 2-3 minutes per side. After sucessfully searing, remove from the pan and add onions and garlic, saute for 7-8 minutes or until you see some color on your onions and garlic. 3.Add orange juice and lemon juice, simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes or until reduced by half. Add shrimp back to sauce and let simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season with remaining florida citrus sunrise, a little pinch of salt and black pepper and parsley if using. 4. Serve over cilantro lime rice or Island rice - recipe for this is on our website!

Ingredients

2 Lbs Florida gulf shrimp (raw, peeled and deveined)

1 T The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil 

1 T any extra virgin olive oil 

3/4 C orange juice 

2 T lemon juice

4 garlic cloves (minced)

1/2 yellow onion (minced)

3 tsp S.A.L.T Sisters Florida citrus sunrise seasoning (divided)

2 T fresh parsley (optional)
