Garlic-Lemon Fish

4 T of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
4 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Dash of salt
16 oz (2 8-oz fillets) salmon, or fish of your choice


  1. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Coat salmon (or other fish) fillets on both sides with mixture.
  3. Broil salmon in oven 4" from broiler for 4 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes. If the fish is over 1" thick, it may need to be turned once halfway through the broiling.

    Serve with extra Sicilian Lemon balsamic vinegar, to taste.
