Cut the chicken into 1 inch cubes Add all the ingredients into a bowl Mix until well coated. Use right away or let marinate for 2-3 hours to develop flavors more Using wooden skewers soaked in water, carefully skewer the chicken Place onto a preheated grill and turn every 3-4 mins and cook on all sides until the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F Remove from heat and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon

3 chicken breasts 

1 T of The Olive Bin’s Dill  Olive Oil 

1 T of The Olive Bin’s Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic 

1 T mustard 

1 T dried oregano 

½ tsp salt 

½ tsp pepper
