Grilled Meat Skewers with S.A.L.T. Sisters Blend

Toss to coat evenly, then thread the protein and vegetables onto skewers in an alternating pattern. For sauteing, heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high, add a bit of olive oil, and cook skewers until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are softened.

1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 zucchini, sliced into ½-inch rounds

1 red onion, cut into 1-inch rounds
