Honey Ginger Salmon with Broccoli & Bow Ties

Line baking pan with foil. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels and measure thickness. Place fish in shallow dish. Combine 1/4 C Sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, orange and lemon juices, ground ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and cayenne. Pour over fish. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Transfer fish to baking pan; discard marinade. Bake fish for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2" thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, cook pasta in saucepan according to package directions, adding broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain; return to saucepan. Combine remaining oil, remaining garlic powder, and dried basil; toss into pasta mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve salmon with broccoli and pasta. If desired, squeeze juice from lemon wedges over top.

8 oz fresh salmon fillets, skinned if desired
1/4 C + 1 T of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 C honey
3 T soy sauce
3 T of The Olive Bin's Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
1 T orange juice
1 T lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 C bow tie pasta, uncooked
2 C broccoli florets
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)
