Korean Style Shredded Pork

Combine pork, garlic, onion, Sriracha, oil, soy sauce, and balsamic in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Once cooked transfer meat to cutting board and shred. Transfer remaining juice to saucepot and boil until reduced by half and thickened. Top pork with sauce reduction and garnish with green onion and cilantro if desired.

Ingredients

4 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed of excess fat

1 T garlic powder

1 T onion powder

2 T Sriracha sauce

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil

3 T soy sauce

3/4 C of The Olive Bin's Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar

green onion and cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions
