Lemon Dill Chicken Patty

Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients. Form into 6 or more patties. Meanwhile, heat 2 T of an extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Brown patties on first side, carefully turn over and brown other side. About 5-7 minutes per side. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes to finish. May be served on a whole grain bun with lettuce and tomato, or on it’s own with a side dish such as risotto. Cost effective, low fat, and super tasty!

Ingredients

1 C bread crumbs

1/4 C grated parmesan

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 tsp of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1 tsp of The Olive Bin's Wild Dill Olive Oil

2 ribs celery, cleaned and finely diced

1/4 C plain Greek yogurt 

1 lb ground chicken
