Lime & Tangerine Shrimp

In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic, garlic, and salt and pepper. Marinate the shrimp in mixture for at least 20 minutes. Skewer the shrimp and lime wedges, if desired, and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 1-3 minutes per side. Serve and Enjoy

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Persian Lime Olive Oil

1/3 C of The Olive Bin's Tangerine Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

1 lime, wedged (optional)
