Lime-Marinated Fish

Place fillets in a 13x9-in. baking dish. For marinade, in a small bowl, whisk water, juice, honey, oil, and vinegar until blended. Set aside 3 T marinade. Pour remaining marinade over fillets, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain and discard marinade. Transfer fillets to a broiler pan coated iwth cooking spray. Broil 4-6 in. from hear for 4-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with reserved marinade.

4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
1/3 C water
1/3 C lime juice
2 T honey
1 T of The Olive Bin's Wild Dill Olive Oil
1 T of The Olive Bin's Key Lime Balsamic Vinegar (Seasonal)
