Orange-Glazed Ham with Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham on a rack in roasting pan, fat side up; score fat. Bake ham for 1 hour and 15 minutes. In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic, and mustard. Spoon half of the oil mixture over the ham, and continue baking for 30 minutes. Add raisins to the remaining orange mixture and service with ham.

Ingredients

1 fully cooked smoked ham, about 4 lbs
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Cinnamon Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 T prepared mustard
1/2 C raisins

Directions
