Peach BBQ Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, milk, pepper, and sea salt until combined. Shape into 1-inch balls, place in a 9x13 inch pan, and bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through. For the peach BBQ sauce, simmer peach preserves, bourbon, and All-Purpose Rub & Seasoning in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce, stir gently to coat, and simmer for another 5 minutes to meld flavors. Serve as a warm appetizer or main dish.
