Perfect Pineapple Balsamic Ham

Mix brown sugar with 1 C Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar and stir well. Place ham in crockpot. Pour the honey over the ham. Pour the can of crushed pineapple over the ham, then pour the brown sugar/balsamic mixture over the top of the ham. Add water if necessary to mostly cover the ham. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, turning occasionally. After ham has cooked, the liquid can be reduced for use as a sauce if desired.

Ingredients

7-8 lb ham

1 1/2 C brown sugar

1/2 C honey

1- 20oz can crushed pineapple

1 C of The Olive Bin's Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar

1 C water (if necessary)

Directions

  1. Mix brown sugar with 1 C Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar and stir well.
