Perfume Acres Baked Pork Chops

Mix together olive oil and balsamic vinegar and rub pork chops on all sides with the mixture Liberally rub the pork chops with all-purpose rub. Marinate chops in beer or other liquid for 2-3 hours before baking Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place chops on a foil-lined baking dish and pour excess liquid from the marinade into the dish. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chop and bake until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees (approximately 25 minutes - turning chops over at 15 minutes) Turn oven to broil and bake for an additional 3 - 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest for 5-10 minutes

  • 2 Perfume Acres, Inc. Bone-In Pork Chops

  • 2 T of The Olive Bin's Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

  • 1 T of The Olive Bin's Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar

  • It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere All-Purpose Rub

  • 1 can light beer (can substitute with apple juice or chicken broth)
