S.A.L.T. Sisters Seasoned Grilled Steak

Pat steaks dry with paper towels, rub with olive oil, and generously coat with Steakhouse Seasoning, pressing it in for full flavor. Preheat a grill to high heat or heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high until nearly smoking. Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, tuning only once. For extra richness, add a small pat of butter in the last minute of cooking. Let rest for 5-10 minutes to redistribute juices before slicing and serving hot.

2 T Salt Sisters Steakhouse Seasoning

1 T The Olive Bin EVOO

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 T unsalted butter, for finishing
