Spicy Grilled Cheese with Turkey

Brush one side of each bread slice with Green Chili olive oil. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches if needed (depending on size of skillet), place four slices of bread (oiled side down)on skillet; top each slice with two slices of cheese, some tomato, some turkey, and two more slices of cheese. Place another slice of bread (oiled side up)on top of each stack, to complete the sandwich. Cook until toasted and cheese begins to melt. Using a spatula, flip each sandwich over to toast other side. Cool slightly, and serve.

8 slices cracked wheat bread
6 T (more or less to taste) of The Olive Bin's Green Chile Olive Oil (Fused)
16 slices American, pepper jack, and/or cheddar cheese
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 oz thinly sliced deli turkey
