Stuffed Chicken Parmesan

Carefully slice chicken breasts in half, keeping them intact, so they open like a butterfly. Brush with olive oil. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Add sauce and 1/2 of cheeses. Close chicken breasts and brush top with olive oil. Wrap each chicken breast individually in foil and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Open foil pouch and top with remaining cheeses. Continue baking with foil open for another 15 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear. Serve and Enjoy!

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1 C shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 C grated Parmesan cheese

1 C of pasta sauce

garlic, minced (optional)

2 T of The Olive Bin's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Salt & pepper to taste
