4 cloves garlic, minced

2 bunches broccolini, trimmed and sliced
1 lb multigrain pizza dough, room temperature
3/4 C marinara sauce
1/2 head of small radicchio, torn
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 C ricotta
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Heat 2 T olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring occasionally, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add broccolini to skillet. Cook, tossing occasionally, until crisp-tender but still bright green, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove garlic-broccolini mixture from skillet; set aside.
- Brush two baking sheets with remaining olive oil. Shape pizza dough into 2 rounds and place 1 on each of the lightly-oiled baking sheets. Dividing evenly between the two pizzas, top with marinara sauce, radicchio, bell pepper, and the cooked broccolini. Top with ricotta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until golden brown, rotating baking sheets halfway through, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cut each pizza into 4 slices and serve immediately.
