Fresh Berries with Balsamic Drizzle & Almond Cream

Pour balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to 1/4 cup and syrupy. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside to cool while you assemble the desserts. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and almond extract. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is very smooth. When ready to serve dessert, divide berries among six dessert bowls. Place a generous dollop of sour cream mixture over the berries and drizzle with some balsamic reduction. Garnish with almonds. Serve immediately and Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C + 2 T cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 C confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 C fresh raspberries
1 C fresh blackberries or blueberries
3 T almonds, chopped and lightly toasted
