The Olive Bin

Fruits of Summer Salad

Combine fruit in large bowl and mix. Add oil and vinegar to jar with tight fighting lid and shake until well combined. Drizzle over fruit and toss until evenly coated. Garnish with fresh mint or basil as desired.

Ingredients

1 small cantaloupe, peeled and diced

1 lb strawberries, sliced

1 pint blueberries

2 C fresh pineapple, diced

3 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil

Directions
