1 lb fusilli pasta, cooked
8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls, halved
2 pints grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 thinly sliced basil
drizzle of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup of The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil
3 T of The Olive Bin's Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove minced garlic
kosher salt and ground black pepper

1. In a large bowl, combine fusilli, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
3. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine. Garnish with sliced basil, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
