2 lb fresh tomatoes (7-8 medium)
2 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
3-4 T of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C basil, loosely chopped (optional)
2 lb fresh tomatoes (7-8 medium)
2 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
3-4 T of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 C basil, loosely chopped (optional)
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend.
Serve over pasta, cooked and drained according to package directions.
