2 T of The Olive Bin’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 lb sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 can Cannellini beans, drained
5 C chicken broth
1 lb Orzo
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
2 T of The Olive Bin’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 C grated Parmesan cheese
Add Tuscan Herb oil to large skillet. Heat. Add chopped onions and stir. A
fter a couple minutes, add the garlic and the crumbled sausage and stir a couple minutes. Add cannellini beans and chicken broth.
Bring to a full boil. Add orzo. Return to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese. Simmer, stirring constantly, for 2 more minutes until orzo is soft and sauce is thickened.
Turn off heat, stir in remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve with a salad and garlic bread.
