1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
2 T of The Olive Bin's Basil or Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
2 tsp country-style grainy mustard
1 lb cooked ditalini or fedelini pasta
1/2 C diced roasted red peppers, from water-packed jar
2 tsp fresh basil
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 C small mozzarella balls

Directions
- In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, oil, and mustard.
- Add cooked pasta, red peppers, and basil; toss to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Fold in mozzarella cheese.
