Spicy Garlic Shrimp and Pine Nut Linguine

1. Heat oil over medium high heat  2. Add garlic to pan and let it start to toast a little; about 3-4 minutes then throw in pine nuts and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to toast. Add crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. 3. Add a handful or two of cooked noodles to pan, and mix. I let this marry together for about 3 or 4 minutes.  4. Plate your masterpiece and top with as much Parmesan as you want.

Ingredients

FOR THE PASTA:

1/3 C + 2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Green Chili Olive Oil

8-10 cloves of minced garlic 

1/8 C of pine nuts

Fresh basil julienned 

1 box Linguine noodles, boiled

Salt and pepper to taste 

Crushed red pepper

Parmesan cheese

FOR THE SHRIMP:

1.5 T of Dragon’s Breath Rub & Seasoning

2 tsp Baklouti green chili oil

Fresh pepper to taste
