Tomato Basil Fettuccini with Pesto Chicken

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and reserve 1/4 C cooking liquid. While pasta is cooking, add olive oil to skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat and cook 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Add cooked and drained pasta and pesto to the skillet with the chicken. Toss to coat. Add the pasta water and toss to loosen up the sauce. Top with fresh basil to taste.

1 package of The Olive Bin's Tomato Basil Fettuccini

1 T of The Olive Bin's Basil Olive Oil

1 lb chicken breast cut into bite sized chunks

1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

3/4 C of The Olive Bin's Basil Pesto

Fresh basil (to taste)
