- Mix equal parts of olive oil and lemon balsamic—shake well.
FOR THE SALAD:
- Place greens on a plate. Top with beets, grapefruit pieces and orange pieces.
- Drizzle with Lemon Vinaigrette, and top with salt and pepper.
