Cold Thai Noodle Salad

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and chill for 1 hour. 2. Whisk together lime oil, brown sugar, sesame oil and a pinch salt. 3. Toss cole slaw, snap peas, and dressing together. 4. Mix with Thai Citrus Ginger pasta and chilled shrimp in large bowl. 5. Top with cilantro, a drizzle of Honey Ginger, and optional crushed peanuts and green onions! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 package of The Olive Bin's Pasta Pappone Thai Citrus Ginger Linguini

1 C pre-packaged shredded cole slaw mix

1 C sugar snap peas, chopped

1 lb pre-cooked shrimp, seasoned & chilled

2 T of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil

1 T brown sugar
2 T of The Olive Bin's Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 C roughly chopped cilantro

Chopped peanuts for garnish (optional)

Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
