Flavor-Explosion Salad

Saute chicken breast in Basil Olive Oil until completely cooked. On plate, layer romaince lettuce, cucumber, bell pepper, and tomato. Slice cooked chicken and place on top of salad. Top with fresh basil and pine nuts. Combine mustard, Blood Orange Olive Oil, and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar. Drizzle over the salad. Enjoy immediately.

1 bunch romaine lettuce, sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 purple bell pepper, julienned
1 tomato, sliced
1 T fresh basil, chopped
Pine nuts, to taste
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 T of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
