Gorgonzola Candied Walnut Salad

Place walnuts and sugar in skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves into light brown liquid and coats the walnuts. Remove walnuts from skillet and spread on sheet of aluminum foil to cool. In a large salad bowl, place mixed greens, cranberries, cheese, balsalmic vinegar, and oil. Toss well. Add candied walnuts and toss again. Enjoy!

1/2 C walnut halves

1/4 C sugar

3 C mixed greens

1/2 C dried cranberries

1/2 C crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

1 T of The Olive Bin's Raspberry Dark Balsalmic Vinegar

1 T of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil

Directions
