FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
Juice of half of a lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
FOR THE SALAD:
8 oz bag of butter lettuce
1 C grapes (halved)
1/4 C goat or feta cheese
1/3 C crushed walnuts
2 chicken breasts, grilled and cubed
