Just Peachy! Summer Salad

Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper together in small bowl. Toss arugula, peaches, and almonds together in large salad bowl. Pour dressing over salad ingredients; toss to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!

FOR THE DRESSING:
1 Part of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
2 parts of The Olive Bin's Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Arugula
Fresh peaches
Toasted almonds

Directions
