Mixed Greens with Pom-Lemon Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together Pomegranate and Sicilian Lemon vinegars, honey, garlic salt, and shallot. Gradually whisk in EVOO. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, and arugula. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle salad with toasted walnuts and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately.

2 T of The Olive Bin's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/2 C of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
4 C torn lettuce leaves
4 C fresh spinach
2 C fresh arugula
3/4 C chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 C pomegranate seeds

Directions
