Oriental Chicken Salad

MIx all salad ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set aside. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry wrappers one at a time for about 15-20 seconds.Cool and crumble. Combine salad and dressing and toss to coat. Top with crumbled egg roll wrappers.

Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD:

2 grilled chicken breasts, cooled, and cut into cubes

1 head lettuce

2 T finely chopped onion

2 T slivered almonds

2 T sesame seeds

 

FOR THE DRESSING:

2 T sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil

3 T of The Olive Bin's Honey-Ginger White Balsalmic Vinegar

 

FOR THE TOPPING:

1/2 pkg egg roll wrappers
