Parmesan, Pear & Blood Orange Salad with Walnuts


Number Of Servings: 4

4 C of mixed greens, loosely packed
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced
3 oz aged Parmesan cheese
1/4 C chopped walnuts
Freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Mix greens, pear slices, grated cheese, and walnuts in a shallow bowl.
  2. Mix oils and balsamic vinegars together in small bowl. Pour onto greens and toss lightly. Add pepper before serving.
