Red Apple Chicken Salad

In a skillet, cook chicken in garlic olive oil over medium-high heat. When cooked, allow chicken to cool. While chicken is cooling, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, and balsalmic in a small bowl. Set aside. Shred chicken. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken, apples, grapes, celery, pecans, and mayonnaise mixture. Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil

1 apple, diced

15 red grapes, halved

1/4 C pecan pieces

1 celery stalk, diced

1/3 C mayonnaise

1/4 C sour cream

1 T honey

2 T of The Olive Bin's Red Apple Dark Balsalmic Vinegar

Directions
