1 C cooked tricolor quinoa
2 15oz cans beans, any variety, rinsed and drained
1/4 C Kalamata olives, sliced
2 T of The Olive Bin's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
1 T of The Olive Bin's Smoked Chaabani Pepper Olive Oil (Fused)
Fresh black pepper, to taste

Directions
- Combine quinoa, beans, and sliced olives. Set aside.
- Whisk together oil, balsamic, and pepper. Pour over quinoa mix and toss well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve! This dish is great hot or cold.
- Try tropping it with a strong cheese like goat cheese or crumbled gorgonzola cheese.
