Smokey Quinoa Bean Salad

Combine quinoa, beans, and sliced olives. Set aside. Whisk together oil, balsamic, and pepper. Pour over quinoa mix and toss well. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve! This dish is great hot or cold. Try tropping it with a strong cheese like goat cheese or crumbled gorgonzola cheese.

Number Of Servings: 2

1 C cooked tricolor quinoa
2 15oz cans beans, any variety, rinsed and drained
1/4 C Kalamata olives, sliced
2 T of The Olive Bin's Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
1 T of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virgin Olive Oils
1 T of The Olive Bin's Smoked Chaabani Pepper Olive Oil (Fused)
Fresh black pepper, to taste

Directions
