Spinach & Strawberry Salad

Mix the spinach leaves, strawberries, onion, cucumber, feta, and almonds in a large salad bowl. In small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegars, and poppy seeds. Pour over salad mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately; enjoy!

1 package (19 oz) baby spinach leaves
1 C strawberries, sliced
1/4 C red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 C cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 C crumbled feta cheese (more to taste)
1/4 C sliced almonds, toasted
2 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp of The Olive Bin's Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil (Fused) or Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
3 T of The Olive Bin's Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
