Spinach-Grape Chopped Salad

Whisk together the oil and balsamic vinegar. Toast the walnuts over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant. Coarsely chop spinach and grapes; toss feta cheese and vinaigrette. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.

Ingredients

FOR THE SALAD:
1/4 C walnuts, chopped
1 package fresh baby spinach Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused)
1 C seedless red grapes
1/4 C crumbled feta cheese
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 C of any of The Olive Bin's Extra Virign Olive Oils
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
