Very Berry and Greens Salad

Mix greens, berries, nuts, and cheese in a large bowl and lightly toss with oil and vinegar until evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5oz mixed greens

1/2 C of your favorite berries

1/4 C roasted pistachios

1/4 crumbled feta cheese

2 T of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil

2 T of The Olive Bin's Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar or Raspberry Dark Baslamic Vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix greens, berries, nuts, and cheese in a large bowl and lightly toss with oil and vinegar until evenly coated.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
