2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, chopped fine
14 oz bottle ketchup
2 T mustard (Best Boy is wonderful)
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 T of The Olive Bin's Dark Chocolate (or Espresso) Balsamic
1 T Worcestershire sauce
