Fabulous Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two 12-inch pizza pans or large baking sheets with cooking spray (or line with parchment paper). Evenly pat half of the cookie dough to form a 6" round in the center of each pan. Bake crusts for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Once cookie crusts are cool, spread yogurt mixture evenly over each and arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with honey.

1 (16.5 oz) roll/container refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (5.3 oz) container vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 C powdered sugar
2 T of The Olive Bin's Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
2 C peeled (if needed) and chopped/thinly sliced fruit of your choice (such as grapes, kiwi, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, apricots, etc.)
2 T honey
