Slow Cooker Lemon-Honey Granola

In a 3-qt slow cooker, combine oats, sunflower kernels, coconut, and salt. In a small bowl, whisk oil and honey until blended. Stir into oats mixture. Cook, covered, on high 2 hours, stirring well every 20 minutes. Remove granola to baking sheets, spreading evenly; cool completely. Stir in chopped pineapple and mangos. Store in airtight containers.

4 C old-fashioned oats
1 C sunflower kernels
1 C flaked coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Lemon Olive Oil (Fused)
1/2 C honey
1 C chopped dried pineapple
1 C chopped dried mangos

Directions
