The Olive Bin's Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Remove seeds from the inside of a pumpkin. Remove pulp and flesh from the pumpkin seeds. Place seeds on a paper towel or parchment paper and allow to dry before roasting - Can be a quick drying period or overnight. Coat seeds with olive oil of your choice and spread on a baking sheet. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place seeds in preheated oven and roast. After 15 minutes, turn and toss the seeds and return to roast in the oven. Continue to do this until the seeds are roasted and golden brown. Place seeds in a serving bowl and season with salt.

  • Seeds from 1 pumpkin
  • 2-3 T of any of The Olive Bin's flavored olive oils (we reccomend Chipotle, Butter, or Tuscan Herb) 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
