Tropical Kale Smoothies

In a blender, combine kale, banana, pineapple, cucumber, coconut water, and Coconut balsamic. Cover and blend until smooth. Cover and chill for several hours or up to 3 days. When serving, garnish with cucumber slices if desired. NOTE:If drinking immediately, blend with some ice cubes for icier, cooler smoothie.

3 C loosely packed chopped kale leaves
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 C pineapple chunks
1/2 C peeled, sliced cucumber
3/4 C unsweetened coconut water
1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
Cucumber slices, for garnish (optional)

Directions
