Rosemary Chicken Noodle Soup

Heat Rosemary Olive Oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook onion, celery, and carrots in olive oil until just tender, 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Pour in chicken broth and stir in noodles,basil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in the chicken and cook until heated through

Ingredients

3 T The Olive Bin's Rosemary Olive Oil

3/4 C chopped onion

3/4 C chopped celery

1 C sliced carrots

2 garlic cloves

9 C chicken broth

2 C Coe’s Homemade Noodles

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

2 C cooked and shredded chicken breast
