Balsamic Mushrooms

Wipe mushrooms with a slightly damp paper towel to clean them, then slice in half. Set aside. Place olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Then add the mushroom and onion and cook about 8-10 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently. Add thesea salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar to the pan and stir to coat. Cook another 2 minutes, then serve with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley on top.

Ingredients

1 lb white button mushrooms

3 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil

1 small white onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp  ground black pepper

1 1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1 T chopped fresh parsley (optional)
