Classic Mixed Bean Salad

Drain beans. Add chopped and sliced vegetables. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil well. Pour over beans. Refrigerate overnight, stirring several times.

Ingredients

1-16 oz can green beans

1-16 oz can wax beans

1-16 oz can large lima beans

1-16oz can small lima beans

1-16 oz can large red kidney beans

1-16 oz small red beans

1 C diced celery

1 green pepper, cut into slim strips

1 onion, sliced, and cut into half rings

1 C sugar

1 C of any of The Olive Bin's White Balsamic Vinegars

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil
