Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes; return to pan. Mash potatoes, gradually adding cream, olive oil, salt, pepper and enough milk to reach desired consistency. Stir in green onions. Serve with garlic olive oil drizzled over if desired.

4 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, quartered

3 T of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil

2/3 C heavy whipping cream

2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2/3 to 3/4 C whole milk

3 green onions, chopped

Directions
