Heirloom Tomato Salad

Place cut tomatoes in a bowl. Top with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Chiffonadethe fresh herbs and sprinkle on top of the tomatoes. Toss to coat the mixture, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve, and enjoy!

4 ripe heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 T of The Olive Bin Garlic Olive Oil
2 T of The Olive Bin Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 bunch fresh Italian parsley or basil

Directions
