4 ripe heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 T of The Olive Bin Garlic Olive Oil
2 T of The Olive Bin Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 bunch fresh Italian parsley or basil

Directions
- Place cut tomatoes in a bowl. Top with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Chiffonade the fresh herbs and sprinkle on top of the tomatoes. Toss to coat the mixture, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve, and enjoy!
