Honey Ginger Lime Roasted Carrots

Preheat oven to 400°. Toss carrots and Lime Oil until coated. Spread on a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 50-60 minutes, stirring half way through. Remove from oven. Drizzle with Honey Ginger Balsamic and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss well. Serve hot.

Ingredients

6 C carrots, cut into chunks on the bias

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Persian Lime Olive Oil

Salt and pepper

3 tsp of The Olive Bin's Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar

3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
